Your Project? 

A platform leader in live streaming technology developed for content creators.

Your Mission? 

Your mission will be to populate, train, support and motivate the community of creators. 

You will have the autonomy and space to create and implement new strategies to achieve this goal.

Your key responsibilities?

• Activating content creators from a current database;

• Recruiting new French content creators;

• Monitor and optimize Google Ads Campaigns to recruit new French content creators for the company;

• Research competition and other new potential recruitment sources;

• Train the new recruited content creators;

• Actively listen to our content creators requests and provide daily support to new and existing partners via Email and Skype

• Be the primary point of contact for content creators requests;

• Collect, analyze data of the market and deliver progress reports;

• Training & coaching for the current content creators;

      Turning every partner into a Happy Partner! :)

Your abilities? 

Advanced computer skills and ability to work with programs such as JIRA, Microsoft Office, Google Drive etc.;

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and receiving positive customer feedback;

Efficiency to be able to produce significant output with minimal waisted effort;

Organization and planning skills in order to plan, organize, schedule and budget in an efficient, productive manner by focusing on key priorities; 

Ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information;

Attention to detail  so you don’t let important details slip through the cracks or derail the project;

Openness to feedback and ideas, you often solicit feedback and react calmly and proficiently to constructive feedback.
