Your responsibilities?
- Activating content creators from a current database.
- Recruiting new content creators.
- Motivating creators to upload content.
- As a content manager, you will develop an effective strategy for growing content that delights your audience.
- Training & coaching for content creators.
- Manage and develop the community of content creators.
- Monitor and create different reports.
- Develop and implement community management strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Identify and engage with key influencers and brand advocates to expand our reach and enhance online reputation.
- Track and analyze community metrics to measure the effectiveness of community engagement efforts and make data-driven recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management.
